A 35 year old suspect from Block M, Soshanguve was arrested by Soshanguve SAPS crime combat unit.
According to Constable Zondi, the police were doing their normal crime prevention duties on Friday, 27 May 2022 when they received an alert of a suspicious motor vehicle around the zone.
“Upon our arrival at the scene we found a white VW Kombi.
“The vehicle’s registration was tested and found to be false and had a status of a stolen vehicle,” Zondi said.
The aforementioned vehicle was confiscated by the police and suspect was arrested at SAPS Soshanguve with no injuries.
The suspect’s due to appear at Soshanguve Magistrate Court on Monday, 30 May 2022.
