Some public members from Embalenhle raised a concern of ill treatment by one of the clinic committee members at Ext 4 Clinic.
They approached the media to contact the department since their complaints were allegedly falling on deaf ears.
According to the department, the person whom the public complained about, do not work for the clinic, but is a clinic committee member (representing the community) whose scope of work does not require him to interfere with the clinic operations.
The department promised to ensure that the issue is attended to.
The management also admitted that there were complains logged about that specific person.
