Gert Sibande District Municipality Executive Mayor, Cllr Muzi Chirwa handed over two tipper trucks to local municipalities on Thursday, 23 January 2020.
The trucks which are aimed at improving services delivery were handed over to Msukaligwa and Chief Albert Luthuli Local Municipalities.
GSDM Municipal Manager Mr Absenia Habile mentioned that Mkhondo Local Municipality also received a water tanker.
Another water tanker was also procured for Gert Sibande District Municipality and will remain a property of GSDM to be used for troubleshooting.
