Police in Carolina are appealing to the public for assistance in locating the family of an unknown male who was found deceased on 16 July 2025.
According to the information received, a lifeless body of an unknown male was found floating in the river. The body was badly decomposed.
He was wearing blue jeans with a brown waist belt, a navy/ black shirt and a white t-shirt underneath.
Police are urging anyone who may have information that could assist in identifying the deceased or locating his family to contact Detective Captain David Khoza on 082 318 9570 or call the crime stop number on 08600 10111. Information can also be submitted via the MYSAPSAPP. All details will be treated with strict confidentiality, and callers may opt to remain anonymous.
