A case of murder was opened at Emzinoni Police Station on Tuesday, 8 September.
According to the information received by the police, two men were walking from work at about 5pm when they met a man who looked like he was mentally disturbed carrying a sharp object.
The man chased them and managed to catch the deceased.
The deceased was found lying in “a pool of blood” in an open veld near the dam at Baanbreker Road, with several open wounds on his body.
