Innocent Sepoli (19), a grade 10 leaner at Thomas Nhlabathi appeared before the Evander Magistrate Court on 03 March 2025 facing a charge of Murder.
His appearance cames after he was arrested on Thursday last week where he allegedly stabbed Kevin Madikgetla who was doing grade 12 at the school.
Kevin was rushed to Ext 4 clinic in eMbalenhle where he unfortunately succumbed to his injuries.
The state opposed his bail citing that he attends the same school with the witnesses, therefore the could be an element of interference.
His matter has been postponed to Monday, 10 March 2025 for the verification of address and a formal bail application.
