Residents of kinross in Govan Mbeki municipality came in numbers this morning to their voting station, which of it is at Kinross primary school.

The presiding officer Thokozile Dubazi of Kinross primary voting station deployed by IEC elaborated that the voting are going so well since the opening of voting at 7:00am this morning, there’s no disruption of votes as last time on the 15 May 2024 during Kinross strike for delivery service they promised to close all the voting station if their needs are not being reached.

In addition, the IEC’s queue control coordinator, Steven Phakoe, expressed his amazement at the Kinross residents’ behavior thus far this morning, saying they have not disrupted the general election with violence.

Aphelele Mkhalali stated that based on South African youth after this vote, they are hoping for change and more job opportunities as they have qualifications but still they are staying home without job.
