A 33-year-old male suspect handed himself over to the Belfast Police on Wednesday, 23 October 2024, after allegations that he brutally murdered a commercial sex worker on Friday, 18 October 2024.
According to a report, the suspect allegedly required the services of the female victim and went to collect her from the street in Belfast to a farm house in Belfast.
