A man was hijacked vehicle and left stranded in a veld near Kriel on Saturday, 03 June 2023.
It is alleged that on Saturday night the victim stopped for a hitchhiker who later robbed him of his Toyota motor vehicle.
The victim later found ways to go back home where he went and opened a case of robbery at the Embalenhle Police station.
According to the police no arrest have been made and the vehicle has not been found yet.
The case is still under investigation.
