Shapeve Primary School Cultural Committee hosted its first annual Mr and Miss Shapeve 2022 on Thursday, 29 September 2022 at Shapeve Primary School.
Buhlebendalo Thalia Mahlaba, Miss Ekasi 2022 together with Thireletso Monalia, 1st princess of Miss personality Teen Ekasi 2022 were delighted to be part of panel of judges for both Junior phase and senior phase.
“It is my pleasure to have everyone at our school, especially on this special day as we inspire our children and teaching them to want more in life,” said Mrs Zwane a teacher at the school.
She further thanked the team for their special dedication in organizing pageant, from training the learners to making sure that the day was a success.
“Our principal and SMT, this is done to teach our children that they are important in the building of our school, they are special to us and we want to help building yourself confidence and help you succeed in life and in understanding that you are fearfully and wonderfully made.
The school extended special gratitude towards the cultural committee for organizing such a successful and an amazing first annual event that came to be successful in respectful manner.
In the boys junior phase, Phathokuhle Zwane was crowned winner Mr Shapeve Primary School 2022, Nkosana Mtsweni as 1st prince and Vusi Mamba as 2nd, meanwhile in the girls junior phase, Okuhle Mazibuko was crowned winner of Miss Shapeve Primary School 2022 whereas Hlulani Ginger as 1st princess and Sanele Shiba as 2nd princess.
Nkosana Mtsweni was also crowned Mr personality and Lindokuhle Leshalabe as Miss personality 2022 In Junior phase.
In the Senior phase boys contest, Lungile Maseko was crowned Mr Shapeve Primary school 2022 whereas Mzwakhe Mthombeni became the 1st prince and Asimbonge Mkhwanazi, 2nd prince meanwhile the beautiful and graceful Janet Matsemane was with crowned of Miss Shapeve Primary school 2022 alongside Sanele Mokwena as the 1st Princess and Christina Mbikwa as 2nd Princess.
Amyoli Ngesi was crowned Mr personality and Ompfa Vhangani crowned as Miss Personality 2022 in Senior phase.
“I feel so excited to hold a title of Miss Shapeve Primary school 2022 even thou I didn’t trust my self when I enjoyed the competition at start due to my height amongst other competitors hence now am extremely grateful for this opportunity,” said Janet Matsemane winner of Miss Shapeve Primary school 2022 in Senior phase.
