Police arrested five males ages between 35 and 39 and a female aged 35 for the house robbery and murder of Mr Meyer.
Three suspects will appear for the house robbery and murder case and the other suspects will appear for possession of firearms and stolen property.
Both suspects will appear at the Evander Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday, 20 February.
The murder of Mr Meyer and house robbery took place on Friday, 16 February at around 10.30pm.
Police received information which led to the arrest of the five males and one female.
The three suspects charged with murder and house robbery were found with the boots and the firearm of the deceased.
The other two were found in possession of the Tv, Riffles and ammunition.
Five suspects were arrested at Embalenhle and the female suspect was arrested at Emzinoni after the cellphone was tracked and found in her possession.
The vehicle belonging to the deceased was found burnt at Emzinoni.
