Nonhlanhla Nkosi, Mandla Skhosana, Sibusiso Skhosana, and Seun Mpendzi made a brief appearance before the Evander Regional Court on Tuesday, 13 May 2025, facing charges of premeditated murder, kidnapping, and robbery with aggravating circumstances.
The four stand accused in the murder and kidnapping of the late Sifiso Kubheka, whose lifeless body was discovered at the Roodebank dam after he was reported missing.
The court had previously denied them bail, citing that they are a flight risk.
Two of the accused have applied for legal aid assistance
The matter has been postponed to 30 July 2025 for particulars of the accused.
