Sizwakele Secondary School, in partnership with other stakeholders, including the Department of Correctional Services and SAPS, held an anti-bullying campaign on Thursday, 15 May 2025.
The campaign aimed to educate and sensitize learners about the dangers of bullying.
According to Santi Mndebele and Precious Nkosi, the Learners Support Agents, they saw it important to host the campaign due to the high number of bullying cases they received as the disciplinary committee of the school.
“We would like to see more concrete action taken to prevent bullying in schools and more support for the victims,” said Santi Mndebele from LSA.
One hundred and thirty-seven (137) learners from different grades attended the campaign.
The learners also received dignity packs.
