The police in eMbalenhle received a complaint on Saturday, 01 February 2024, at about 00:45am about a fight at Ext 22
The police members responded swiftly to the said location, and upon arrival at the pavement towards Sqoko Tavern, they found an adult African male lying on the ground. When they checked the male, they found that he had a stab wound on the neck and at the back of his chest.
While the police were still at the scene, they were informed by the community members that there is another adult African male lying on the following from the first scene.
Then the police rushed to the second scene to confirm, and indeed they discovered another African male who was also stabbed. Both males were declared deceased at the scene of the incident.
One suspect has been apprehended.
