An unknown man was reportedly living in a recreational park at Thistle Grove, Kinross.
His belongings were found in one of the ablution facilities at the park.
The reason for him to live there was unknown and his belongings were taken by the Govan Mbeki Municipality law
enforcement officials.
Some of the residents who were aware of his staying there said they were afraid that he might end up committing
crime since children also play at the park unsupervised.
