Ward 16 residents were left speechless after the ward councillor failed to explain her ward demarcation in Thistle Grove area.
It however seemed like not only Cllr Rose Nkabinde does not know where her ward starts and ends, but also the municipality failed to involve the community when reviewing the demarcation.
This happened on Thursday, 17 February 2022 during the ward committee elections held in Kinross Sasol Club.
Some residents wanted to know how she services her people if she does not know where it starts and ends.
Mr Norman (also known as Uncle Boet) was elected committee member for Thistle Grove, ward 16.
After the election, some members of the community wanted some answers on service delivery issues, but the deployed municipal officials refused to engage them.
