The four suspects in the murder of Sifiso Kubheka appeared before the Evander Magistrate court on Friday, 10 May 2024.
The suspects were remanded in custody after their first appearance on Thursday, 09 May 2024 for legal representation
The suspects identified as Nonhlanhla Nkosi, Mandla Skhosana,Sbusiso Skhosana and Seun Mpika are accused of the murder and kidnaping of the late Sifiso kubheka whose lifeless body was discovered at the Roodebank dam after he was reported missing.
It is alleged that amongst the four suspects one is a loan shark.
The case was postponed to 15 May 2024 for the accused to apply for bail application.
