Jabulani Nkosi appeared before the Evander Magistrate Court on Thursday, 16 May 2024. Nkosi is facing murder,arson and malliciouse damage to property charges.
Nkosi stands accused of the murder of his then girlfriend Boitsoko Ndlovu.
Boitsoko Ndlovu was discovered deceased in her rented house in Evander after the house was allegedly set alight in the early hours of 27 November 2023.
It was further alleged that the body of Boikotso was discovered concealed in a refrigerator and that she was pregnant.
Nkosi was arrested after further investigation and questioning by the police.
The matter has since been transferred to the High court and Nkosi is remanded in custody until 25 February 2025.
