Nkosi found guilty for the murder of his girlfriend Boitsoko Khoza

Jabulane Nkosi appeared before the Delmas High Court today, 27 March 2025 for his judgement.

Nkosi pleased not guilty on charges of murder, arson and malicious damage to property. 

He has been in custody after his then pregnant girlfriend Boitsoko Khoza was discovered deceased and burnt inside her rented place in November 2023 at Evander. 

The Delmas High Court has today found Jabulani Nkosi guilty of all charges laid against him. 

Count 1: Murder (Murder of Boitsoko Khoza) – Guilty 

Count 2: Arson (Burning rented house) – Guilty 

Count 3: Malicious damage to property (Burning Boitsoko’s car), Not Guilty 

Boitsoko’s family travelled all the way from Soshanguve for the judgement and expressed their excitement on the outcome as they wait for the sentencing.
