South African citizens congratulated Zakes Bantwini, Wouter Kellerman and Nomcebo Zibode on their win at the 65th annual Grammy awards for the best global performance on Monday, 6 February 2023.
The trio scooped awards for best global performance for their hit song collaboration “Bayethe” that was released last year 30 September 2022.
Wouter Kellerman is celebrating his fourth Grammy win, meanwhile the duo Zakes Bantwini and Nomcebo Zibode are celebrating their first Grammy win.
“Congratulation to Wouter Kellerman, Zakes Bantwini and Nomcebo Zibode for winning the best global music performance for their collaboration ‘Bayethe’.
We applaud you for your brilliant contribution in placing South African on the world stage once again,” said President Cyril Ramaphosa on Tweeter.
