A case of rape was reported at eMbalenhle Police Station.
It is alleged that the victim was raped by the father of her children after following the victim to her room at Ext 16 on Friday, 27 September 2024, at about 19h00.
This is after the victim visited the landlord’s child, where she sells Kota’s just opposite to where she stays.
Later, the victim went back to her place at about 19h00, and on her arrival, the father of her children entered the room.
Seemingly, the father of her children was following her, and she was not aware of that.
The suspect instructed her to pull up her skirt; he opened his waist belt, pushed her on the bed, and came after her in a certain position.
He forcefully inserted his private part inside her private part and did the movement on her back.
He then bit her on the cheek. He ejaculated without protection.
Embalenhle Police Station spokesperson, Constable Busi Mthethwa, confirmed that a case was opened and an investigation is underway.
