A 20-year-old learner was detained on March 11, 2023, together with his 24-year-old companion for allegedly staging a kidnapping and demanding R7, 000 from the victim’s family in Taflkop, Limpopo.
A charge of conspiracy to commit fraud and uttering will be brought against the duo when they appear in court today, Monday, 13 March, 2023, in Siyabuswa.
