Warren Thamsanqa and Ngubane Sbusiso appeared before the Evander Magistrate Court on Tuesday 23 May 2023, where they were granted bail by the Evander Magistrate Court.
This is after they both abandoned bail on their first appearance.
The two are facing two charges, count one being for conspiracy to commit murder and count two is for incitement to commit murder.
The duo were granted bail based on the merits that they are first-time offenders and have no previous convictions.
They were apprehended by the eMbalenhle Police after there were allegations that they were sent to assassinate Mr Fanyana Sibanyoni, well known as Maleleza.
They are due to appear before the Evander Magistrate’s court on the 02 June 2023.
Meanwhile, the case has been postponed for further investigation.
