GSDM speaker wishes former councillors well in their new deployments

The Gert Sibande District Municipality (GSDM), Speaker Cllr Busisiwe Sekhonde has sent well wishes to former members of Council on their new deployments to the Mpumalanga Provincial Legislature.

Cllr Dan Nkosi former Executive Mayor of Chief Albert Luthuli Local Municipality, Cllr Khethiwe Moeketsi former Executive Mayor of Dipaleseng Local Municipality both councilors of the ANC and Cllr James Masango a DA Councilor from Govan Mbeki Local Municipality were recently sworn in as new members of the Mpumalanga Provincial Legislature following the General Elections.

Cllr Sekhonde has appreciated their valuable contribution and commitment to the business of council during their tenure as members of the GSDM council.

We wish them success in all their new responsibilities.
