Upon receiving this award, Ms Mahlaba expressed her heartfelt gratitude to God, acknowledging that this achievement would not have been possible without His guidance, strength, wisdom, and grace throughout her teaching journey. She gave all the glory and honour to God for blessing her with the opportunity to serve and make a positive difference in the lives of her learners.
Her outstanding leadership in the classroom, innovative teaching methods, and genuine care for her learners has contributed significantly to improving Grade 12 academic performance. She has become a role model not only to her learners but also to fellow educators within the Bethal community.
