Five suspects were arrested after Embalenhle police responded to a tip-off of suspected stolen livestock.
According to Const Busi Mthethwa, the suspects were spotted at Ext 18 in Embalenhle selling a sheep from the boot of a Silver Polo GTI.
The police with the assistance of Stock theft Unit followed the information which yielded positive results.
The suspects were found in possession of one live sheep and two sheep skins.
They were charged with possession of suspected stolen livestock and will appear at the Evander Magistrate Court.
