Two ladies on a mission allegedly robbed a man of his white Polo Vivo (2020 model 1.4) with registration number KBJ 423 MP between 02h00 and 03h00 on Saturday, 30 July 2022.
The motor vehicle was stolen at Phomolong Guest House next to Koko Lounge in Extension 8, Embalenhle.
According to the victim, the ladies drugged him, stole the vehicle, and left him at the guest house.
He was at Koko Lounge when the two ladies suddenly approached him, started a chat, and asked for a lift.
“The ladies asked to be dropped off at the guest house,” he explained.
He further mentioned that the drug did not even last for an hour in his body system but unfortunately, by the time he woke up, his car was already gone and he couldn’t remember what happened or how he got to the guest house.
A case of stolen property/vehicle has been opened at Embalenhle police station and an investigation is currently underway.
The police in the meantime urge anyone with information regarding the identity of the two ladies or information which may assist in this matter to immediately contact the police at Embalenhle or call Crime Stop number on 08600 10111.
